Welcome to Al Salam Travel. By booking any travel services, tours, or packages with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before making a reservation.
All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or authorized USA representatives. A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment (or deposit, if applicable) is received and a confirmation email is sent by Al Salam Travel. Travelers must ensure that all personal information provided is accurate and complete.
Payments for packages can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods. Deposits may be required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable before the travel date. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of the booking.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Al Salam Travel. Refunds depend on the cancellation date relative to the departure date, and certain fees may apply. Some services, including airline tickets or visa processing fees, may be non-refundable once processed. Refund timelines may vary depending on the service provider.
Requests to change travel dates, services, or package details must be communicated in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Al Salam Travel reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control, such as flight schedule changes, weather conditions, or local regulations.
Travelers are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations. Al Salam Travel provides assistance with Saudi Arabia visa processing but cannot guarantee approval. Denial of entry or travel restrictions are the responsibility of the traveler.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Al Salam Travel is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or medical emergencies during the trip. Travelers are encouraged to have comprehensive coverage before departure.
Travelers must comply with local laws, customs, and regulations in Saudi Arabia. They should follow instructions from Al Salam Travel guides, group leaders, and hotel staff. Al Salam Travel is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or losses caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or political situations.
Hotel accommodations are provided according to the selected package. Requests for room type, bed configuration, or special facilities will be accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Air travel, ground transfers, and shuttle services are included as specified in the package. Transportation schedules may change due to operational requirements, airline changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
Al Salam Travel acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the trip. Travelers assume full responsibility for their actions and personal belongings.
Travelers must disclose any medical conditions that could affect their ability to participate in the trip. It is recommended to carry necessary medications and follow medical advice during the journey to ensure a safe experience.
Al Salam Travel collects and processes personal information to provide travel services. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for booking and travel arrangements.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from bookings with Al Salam Travel will be subject to the jurisdiction of U.S. courts.
